What an investment! I bought a lot from Will Mattox and Pacific Development Group 2 years ago and it has gone up in value approximately 8 to 10 times since, thanks to the Developers (Emerald Coast and Select Mexico Properties) who have spared no money or efforts. In fact, they have gone great lengths to make this project functional and very beautiful...way beyond what I ever expected!.

I am so pleased!  I would entrust them with more investments! 

Thanks so much for all the info and support you provided as I was looking in to the La Joya project.  As you know, I attended your informational calls and went to San Pancho only to educate myself about foreign land investment.  While I've owned my own home for years, investing in real estate, especially outside the U.S., wasn't something I knew a lot about.   Of course, I had done a little due diligence before I went down, but I had NO intention of buying anything that weekend.

You, Faurest, Eric and the rest of the crew really made it easy for me to get all the info I needed in just two days.   The wealth of information that you provided was substantial -- project specifics, the efforts for sustained growth and environmental awareness, information about real estate in the PV area, the build out of the Riviera Nayarit, financing options, title insurance, medical and financial/retirement planning services available for U.S. expats, etc.  Not to mention how patient all of you were when I was peppering you with questions.  It was terrific info and learning.  And best of all it was fun!  Not many of my previous business trips have included ending each day enjoying a cocktail on the beach at sunset.

I'm so thrilled with the two lots I've purchased, and can't wait for the day I can start building my second home in the La Joya project.   With the efforts you and the rest of the team are taking to ensure San Pancho can preserve all the best things about its Mexican culture and charm, it will be a special little corner of the world.
